The new Board of Directors in D.Carnegie & Co AB is formed after its first meeting

At the meeting which was held yesterday the Board of Directors is formed as follows: Rolf Åbjörnsson, elected Chairman of the Board by the Extra General Meeting, Lars Söderqvist, Göran Groth, Björn Hall and Ronald Bengtsson.

Ronald Bengtsson was appointed CEO of D.Carnegie & Co AB.
