Dacke Industri acquires LGL Construction AB

Dacke Industri acquires 100 percent of the shares in LGL Construction AB. LGL, a company operating from Småland, offers complete solutions in steel construction where it designs, manufactures and assembles, among other things, steel structures for the industry, logistics, stores and warehouse fittings.

LGL is located in Smålandsstenar, has 43 employees and a turnover of about SEK 200 million. The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017 and has, since its inception, had a clear focus on growing together with their customers. At LGL work is performed with the conviction that the details make a big difference, ensuring that the customer gets the most cost effective and functional products. The market is mainly in Sweden and the Nordic countries.

The existing management of LGL Construction will continue in their roles with Fredrik Holmqvist as CEO. The management will keep on working to strengthen the company’s position as a complete supplier of solutions in the field of steel construction.
