Dacke Industri acquires Llentab Group

Through an internal transaction between two of Nordstjernan’s wholly owned companies, Llentab Group will be a part of the Dacke Industri group from March 1st, 2018.

Llentab sell, design, manufacture and assemble multifunctional steel buildings for a wide range of industries and purposes. Since 2012, Llentab has been partly owned and from 2016 fully owned by Nordstjernan. Dacke Industri has today six operative subsidiaries with a combined sales of 220 MEUR and 1000 employees. The subsidiaries focus on design and manufacturing of customer specific components and systems based on hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical and software technologies. Dacke Industri has a clear strategy for growth, both organically and through acquisitions of strong technology leading companies. Llentab Group, with sales of 100 MEUR and 450 employees in Sweden, Poland, Norway, Ukraine, Czech Rep and Slovakia, will form a significant part of Dacke Industri. Llentab’s operations and organization will remain unchanged after the acquisition.
