Dacke Industri drive growth with strategic acquisition of G-TEK AB

Dacke Industri has successfully acquired G-TEK AB, a leading provider of optimal Powerpack installations for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles across northern Europe. On December 12th, 2024, Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 98% of G-TEK's shares, while the current management will continue to hold the remaining shares.

The strategic acquisition of G-TEK enhances growth by broadening our comprehensive offerings to OEM customers. This acquisition aligns with our long-term ambition to grow alongside companies that specialize in their own products and customized components and systems. By incorporating the expertise and knowledge shared by similar companies into our group within Dacke Industri, we are well-positioned to deliver substantial value to our customers and partners. G-TEK will become part of the Special Technology division.

G-TEK is a leading provider of optimal Powerpack installations tailored for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles throughout northern Europe. Known for its dedication to excellent technical solutions and outstanding service, G-TEK serves a variety of industries, including mining, material handling, forestry, defense, and railways. The customers are mostly premium vehicle manufacturers, many of whom are global leaders in technological innovation. They maintain a global presence, delivering to production facilities worldwide, while fostering long-term collaborations with technical development teams primarily based in Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Finland. It has its headquarters in Järfälla, Sweden and sites in Motala, Sweden and Evergem, Belgium with about a total of 40 employees and an annual turnover of about SEK 175 million.
