Dacke Industri's subsidiary Sovellusmestarit Oy acquires MoveRoll Oy and expands its market position by enhancing compressed air technology innovations

Sovellusmestarit Oy, a subsidiary of Pimatic Oy under the parent company Dacke Industri, strengthened its market position by advancing the innovation of its cutting-edge roll-handling equipment at MoveRoll Oy. On November 28th, 2024, they acquired 100% of the shares in MoveRoll Oy.

Sovellusmestarit Oy is an independent subsidiary of Pimatic Oy. It specializes in compressed air, instrumentation, and flow technology and offers its customers added value with cost-saving solutions. Its primary services include contract manufacturing, planning, training, testing and sales of a wide range of instrumentation products. Sovellusmestarit Oy is headquartered in Porvoo, Finland, employing about 15 people.

MoveRoll’s roll-handling products are unique and innovative. They can easily be integrated into roll handling systems and offer a simple and innovative way to gently convey or receive different industries roll handling. The major benefits of their conveyors, kickers, receivers, and braking pads are increased safety, energy savings, easy installation and maintenance, ease of use, and product reliability. MoveRoll Oy is headquartered in Porvoo, Finland.
