Flintab acquires Omnigon and enhancing offerings with powerful solutions for the Swedish market

Flintab AB, with Dacke Industri as the parent company, has signed an agreement to acquire 79 % percent of the shares in Omnigon AB parent company. Flintab, a Nordic region's leading supplier of the market's most innovative and competitive registration system, is excited to announce the Omnigon acquisition in July 2024.

The acquisition marks an important step to strengthening Flintab's complementing offering in the Swedish market and growth possibilities in the Nordic market. Employees of Omnigon will continue their employment under Flintab. The team brings excellent knowledge and experience in the area and unlocks new possibilities in the market.

Omnigon is a specialist in system solutions for modern waste management and collection. The product portfolio includes systems for access control at recycling stations, logistics and transportation planning for waste collection and sludge suction, and the planning, execution, and follow-up of chimney sweeping services. Solutions which are developed to meet the demands and needs of critical societal operations.
