Nordstjernan completes acquisition of PMC and form Dacke Industri

• Nordstjernan completes acquisition of PMC and form Dacke Industri Nordstjernan has today completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of PMC Group AB ("PMC")
• PMC is one of the leading suppliers of hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems to OEM customers and end customers in industry
• Nordstjernan form the wholly owned Dacke Industri AB ("Dacke Industri"), with the mission of investing in technology companies focused on customized system solutions and components

Nordstjernan has appointed Börje Vernet, President of Dacke Industri. Börje Vernet is currently CEO of Nordstjernan owned Rosti Group, but leave in the first quarter of this year from his position within the Rosti to work full time within Dacke Industri.

With this organization, we want to create good conditions for the various technology development activities in the Nordic region and globally. we also intend to carry out further acquisitions in the region. ", says Börje Vernet, incoming CEO of Dacke Industri.

Dacke Industri thus forming new parent company to the following devices:

• PMC Hydraulics Group AB with a number of subsidiaries in the hydraulics field
• PMC Cylinders AB
• PMC Lubrication AB
• PMC Swedrive AB
• Pneumatic and door systems business in Finland, forming an independent unit under the leadership of Tomi Ojala

Current President and CEO of PMC, Mikael Andersson, leaving at his own request his position. Mikael Andersson works until his retirement March 31, 2016 to support the new management.

CEO of PMC Hydraulics Group AB Nordstjernan has appointed Mikael Lundgren, former VP PMC Group Accounts with responsibility for PMC's large global customers.

Nordstjernan has appointed the current CFO of PMC, Ulf Fridlund, CFO for PMC Hydraulics Group. Parallel to this position, Ulf Fridlund also assume the role of CFO of Dacke Industri.

Other senior executives within the Group are unchanged.
