PRESS RELEASE, 4 MARCH 1999 DAHL ACQUIRES DIY TOOL WHOLESALER IN DENMARK Dahl International AB acquires the Danish company Scanigros, a tool and fixtures wholesaler with a focus on the Do-It-Yourself market. Scanigros is based in Glostrup and has annual sales of MDKK 120. The company has 40 employees. Scanigros will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Brødrene Dahl in Denmark and will complement earlier acquisitions in the tool segment during 1997 and 1998, as well as the company's other activities in the DIY market via the subsidiary H.K.
