DAHL ACQUIRES TOOL WHOLESALER IN DENMARK Dahl International AB has acquired the Danish Viholm Værktøj, a well-reputed wholesaler with a focus on the industrial market. Viholm Værktøj is established in Aalborg and is expected to have a turnover of approximately MDKK 20 in 1998. The company has 14 employees. Viholm Værktøj has been acquired by Brødrene Dahl in Denmark and will complement previous acquisitions in the tool sector during 1997 and 1998.
