DanCann Pharma A/S’ Board of Directors and Management have subscribed for units in the ongoing Rights Issue

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 07 November 2022 - DanCann Pharma A/S (SS: DANCAN) ("DanCann Pharma" or the “Company”), a Danish company powered by cannabinoids, hereby announce that individuals in the Board of Directors and Management have subscribed for units in the ongoing Rights Issue.

The Board of Directors decided on the 21 October 2022, with the authorization from the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on the 20 September 2022, to conduct a Rights Issue of units of approx. 28.5 MDKK. The proceeds received from the Rights Issue will enable the Company to finalize its activities according to its guidance in terms of obtaining necessary permissions from the Danish Medicines Agency and the approval of Biotech Pharm1, and hereafter also finalize the commercialization of its future product portfolio.

Jeppe Krog Rasmussen (CEO and Board Member), Christian Carlsen (Board Member), Tue Østergaard (Board Member), Carsten Trads (Chairman), Louise Conradsen (CEO of CannGros ApS, subsidiary of DanCann Pharma), Sarah Mai Kjeldsen (COO) and former board members Magnus Dahlmann and Per Wester have subscribed for units with the support of unit rights corresponding to a total of approximately 1.28 MDKK in the ongoing rights issue according to their subscription agreements. The Company has received subscription commitments of approximately 2.3 MDKK and underwriting commitments of approximately 19.6 MDKK, corresponding to a total of approximately 77 percent of the offering.

In conjunction with the Rights Issue, the Company has engaged Corpura Fondkommission AB (www.corpura.se) as Financial Advisor and sole bookrunner. Andersen Partners Advokatpertnerselskab & MAQS Advokatbyrå AB acts as legal advisors to the Company. Nordic Issuing acts as issuing agent.
