COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 19 June 2024 - DanCann Pharma A/S (SS: DANCAN) ("DanCann Pharma" or the “Company”), a Danish company powered by cannabinoids, hereby announces that Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 13:59 CET, is the last day of subscription in DanCann Pharma’s ongoing rights issue of shares (the “Rights Issue”) through the Nordnet Bank and Avanza Bank.
In the Rights Issue, the Company offers a maximum of 1,832,907,879 new shares of the Company with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders. New shares not subscribed for by exercise of pre-emptive rights can be subscribed for by existing shareholders and the general public.
The subscription period closes officially on Monday, 24 June 2024, at 17:00 CET. Note that for some banks and brokers the last date of subscription is earlier than 24 June 2024, i.e. Nordnet Bank and Avanza Bank, where the last date of subscription is the 20 June 2024 at 13:59 CET.
We encourage existing shareholders and new investors to check with their bank or broker whether the last date of subscription is 24 June 2024 or earlier.
