Dannemora Mineral appoints Remium as Certified Adviser and Market Maker

DANNEMORA MINERAL APPOINTS REMIUM AS CERTIFIED ADVISER AND MARKET MAKER

Dannemora Mineral has appointed Remium as its Certified Adviser and Market Maker on Nasdaq OMX First North. The purpose of appointing a market maker (liquidity provider) is to reduce the spread between the share's bid and ask price, and to increase its liquidity. The aim is to achieve a lower transaction cost and to minimise investors' risks associated with share trading.

The appointment as Market Maker is effective from 15 July 2010 and the appointment as Certified Adviser is effective from 27 August 2010. E Öhman J:or Fondkommission will remain as the company´s Market Maker and Certified Advisor until Remium´s appointments come into forces.
