Dannemora Mineral obtains waiver

The bondholders in Dannemora Mineral’s bond loan (ISIN NO 0010601198) have at a bondholders meeting on 2 October, granted the company a waiver from two terms in the bond agreement. It applies to the interest payment of USD 7.05 million as of September 22 and an extension of the waiver which requires a minimum cash liquidity of 50 million kronor. The ruling was made unanimous. The final result from the bondholders meeting confirms the indicative result announced in a press release on 24 September 2013.
