Company to speak on the latest global payment trends in the financial and retail industries, including current applications and innovations

Datacard Group, the world leader in secure ID and card personalization solutions, today announced that Sebastien Tormos, director of marketing, financial services for Datacard Group, will be speaking at the Financial Information Technology (FIT) 2013 conference taking place Oct. 17-18, 2013 in Yurakucho, Tokyo.

 

In its 13thyear, the FIT 2013 is one of the largest shows in Japan with over 150,000 people in attendance.  The conference focuses on strategies, trends and opportunities in the financial industry that are impacting businesses and generating new revenue opportunities.

 

Tormos will be giving his presentation Oct. 17th at 1:30 p.m. on “Trends in Retail-Consumer Services Driven by Financial Card Issuance,” outlining market drivers that are impacting the evolution of payments and driving innovations of physical and virtual card issuance in the financial and retail industries.  He will alsoprovide real examples of global implementations– discussing business cases, system configurations and results. 

 

Datacard Group will also be exhibiting at FIT 2013, stand A-08, showcasing its central issuance and financial instant issuance solutions.
