The original, Made-in-the-USA skins giant DecalGirl, has signed Jim Benton into its ever-growing roster of recognized artists. Benton is the award-winning cartoonist of such properties as It’s Happy Bunny™, The Misters™ and Meany Doodles™. He is also the New York Times Bestselling author and illustrator of the globally successful Dear Dumb Diary series published by Scholastic. The DecalGirl/Benton collection features the artist’s newest properties Catwad™ and jOkObO™, with prices starting at $9.99 for a cell phone skin.
The world of licensed products is familiar territory for Benton. His work has generated over ¾ of a billion dollars at retail and has been featured on clothing, home goods, cards and stationery, and a plethora of other consumer accessories.
