Canadian Red River Cooperative Ltd. chooses DecideAct for its strategy management
The Danish software company DecideAct has signed a contract with Red River Cooperative Ltd. in Canada. Among other things, Red River will use DecideAct's platform to create coherence and continuity in the strategic initiatives that will drive the business and the CO-OP brand forward for the benefit of members and communities.
Red River Co-op is a retail cooperative, serving Winnipeg and its surrounding communities. Their core business includes gas bars, food stores, pharmacies, commercial cardlocks, bulk petroleum, and propane. The Co-op is a service-oriented business providing meaningful value to members and communities with a dedication to achieving excellence. The Co-op has 1,800 employees across its corporate and lease-operated locations and is locally owned and governed by its 330,000 members.
The CO-OP brand is built on the idea of being truly local and the promise to stay that way. Each association works for the benefit of its respective members and communities in Western Canada, and the products and services they offer are slightly different, which is unique to the way CO-OP operates.
