DecideAct A/S - registration of share capital increase of 942,440 new shares with the Danish Business Authority completed
DecideAct A/S [ACT], company announcement no. 5-2023:
In connection with the directed issue that was announced on 28 March 2023, the Board of Directors of DecideAct A/S (the Company) hereby announces that the Company has registered the capital increase of a nominal value of DKK 96,244 (962,440 shares of DKK 0.10 each) with the Danish Business Authority following the directed issue that was published on 28 March 2023. Reference is made to company announcement no. 2/2023.
The new shares are identical to the Company’s existing shares and an application will be made for them to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Denmark under the ticker ‘ACT’. Gemstone Capital acted as Financial Adviser in this transaction. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the permanent ISIN code DK0061553674 next week.
After registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Company amounts to nominally DKK 1,202,838.60 divided into 12,028,386 shares of nominally DKK 0.10 each. The total number of voting rights in the Company are 12,028,386.
