DecideAct A/S announces the postponement of its annual report release until June 21st, 2025. This decision is due to ongoing acquisition negotiations that, if successfully completed, are expected to have a significant and material positive impact on the preparation of the annual report and the company‘s future outlook.

The company remains actively engaged in these negotiations and anticipates providing an update on the outcome in the near future.

Additionally, DecideAct A/S reports that its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for 2024 amounted to DKK 6.1 million. The company estimates achieving break even at a realized revenue of DKK 6 million for 2025, subject to securing the necessary funding to support its growth plans and operational activities.
