DecideAct signs first contract in the Danish insurance industry.
A new 3-year contract with Bornholms Brand (Bornholms Brandforsikring A/S) is DecideAct’s first in the insurance industry. The experience that DecideAct will gain within this field has potential to pave the way for other contracts with insurance companies in Denmark and globally.

DecideAct has today entered into a three-year contract with its first insurance company in Denmark: Bornholms Brand. The insurance industry is a significant and highly competitive one, with many substantial investments and undergoing great change which increases the need for excellence in strategy management.
CEO and co-founder of DecideAct, Flemming Videriksen states: “The experience from this new field can be used directly to target customers within this industry. It improves our opportunities for faster scaling of new markets in this sector. Therefore, it's a big step we're taking now."

Bornholms Brand has 38 employees, six of whom are part of the management. Since its foundation in 1855, the insurance company has undergone a rapid development. Today, the company insures more than 16,000 customers on the island of Bornholm and has a market share of more than half of the island's households.
With today’s contract signing, the Company has closed a total of 8 new contracts in the last 5 weeks, including Lyngby Taarbæk Forsyning (Company Announcement no. 3-2021) putting it well on the way to achieving its goals for 2021.
