DecideAct A/S [ACT], company announcement no. 18-2023

DecideAct A/S (“DecideAct” or the “Company”) announced the outcome of their completed rights issue (the “Rights Issue”) on 7 September 2023.

In relation to the registration of the capital increase in connection with the Rights Issue, a delay has occurred due to a technical processing delay. As a result, the registration of the capital increase with the Danish Business Authority, which was expected on 11 September 2023, and the first day of trading, originally expected on 14 September 2023, have been postponed due to the processing of payments and issuing of new shares.

The delay is solely due to processing issues; all parties involved in the Rights Issue have fully met their respective commitments. Once revised dates are determined, the Company will announce the update on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
