Dedicare Implements Management Changes in Sweden and Initiates Cost-Saving Program

Dedicare is undergoing a management change in Sweden, where Bård Kristiansen, CEO of Dedicare Norway since 2017, will take over as interim CEO for Dedicare Sweden. Bård will continue as CEO for Dedicare Norway, while Lene Langås, operational manager within nurse staffing since 2013, will be appointed as interim operational manager for the Norwegian operations. Dedicare updates profitability target for 2024

Dedicare has had a financial profitability target of its EBIT margin exceeding 7.0 percent. Its Board of Directors has decided to change its profitability target to an EBITA margin of 7.0 percent over time.   Dedicare’s strategy is acquisition-led growth. The reason for this change is to enable the monitoring of profitability performance without the effect of acquisition-related assets. Dedicare adjusts segment reporting

Dedicare is changing the allocation of costs in its segment structure from its First-quarter Interim Report 2024 onwards. In the previous segment reporting, shareholder-related expenses were allocated between all segments. Effective the first quarter 2024, all these expenses will be reported in the Group-wide segment. Shareholder expenses are costs arising due to ownership/management of shares and the company’s listing on Nasdaq.
