From crossing rivers to setting ambushes, troops from 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery (7 Para RHA) have been sharpening their soldiering skills in a major training exercise. Apaches fire first shots at STANTA

Soldiers who fly and maintain the Apache attack helicopter have trained closer to home as they prepare to deploy on operations in Afghanistan.
