Deflamo AB: Breakthrough in a new market segment

Deflamo has received an order that marks a breakthrough in a new market segment. The product is a part of a brand-new product family that Deflamo has developed for use in bio based thermoplastics.

The customer has developed a new innovative product that is expected to be used widely and reduce the negative environmental impact that the traditional technology makes. Together with Apyrum, the necessary fire properties are met and make the product useful according to the fire requirements. The product is expected to have potential to reach a global market.

The first order is small but is the first in an expected series. It is a smaller quantity and has a value of 2400 euros. Over the next years, the volume is expected to increase to a significant volume for Deflamo.
