Delete Group Oyj announces that the divestment of Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy has been completed and confirms the amount of the net divestment proceeds.

DELETE GROUP OYJ, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 JUNE 2022 AT 2.30 P.M. EEST

On 23 June 2022, Delete Group Oyj ("Delete") announced that its subsidiary, Delete Finland Oy, had signed an agreement on the divestment of all its shares in Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy (the "Divestment"). Today Delete announces that the Divestment has been completed and that the proceeds received from the Divestment, less transaction costs, certain net debt items and other adjustments, amount to EUR 36.204.229 in aggregate (the "Net Proceeds").

The Net Proceeds will be used to partially redeem Delete’s senior secured notes maturing in 2024 (ISIN FI4000252119) (the "Notes") in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Redemption").

The record date on the basis of which the payments related to the Redemption in an aggregate amount corresponding to the Net Proceeds will be made to the holders of the Notes is 12 July 2022 and the payments will be carried out on 13 July 2022. Delete will pay accrued but unpaid interest on the redeemed part of the Notes in connection with the Redemption.
