Delta Minerals and its partner Chahaya (for sand reclamation relating to Singapore), has presented Aparri, on May 24-25 for the first potential end customer.

The visit went very well and the end customer, one of Singapore's largest construction company, was very impressed with the Delta Minerals´ swift overhaul to meet their needs. The objective of the visit was to ensure Delta Minerals´ supply capacity.

The end customer has reviewed Delta Minerals Master Plan (spring 2016) presented to Chahaya in April in conjunction with the tender process. The potential end customer is convinced about Delta Minerals´ capability. The potential end customer highlighted that Delta Minerals´ facility in Aparri is much more reliable and better managed than similar facilities in South-East Asia

The Singapore government allocates purchase of reclamation sand of Southeast Asian countries, so that supply is evenly allocated in the region. The Philippines has increased its share of sand supplies in the region and further increase is expected.

Investors will keep posted and the company reminds that this is not yet a firm order.

"This shows the great value of the partner agreement with Chahaya. The fact that, they immediately after our agreement, introducing Aparri for one of its most important customers is a good sign for their great commitment to Delta Minerals, '' says Thomas Lundgren CEO Delta Minerals.
