Christian Bönnelyche sells most of its shares in Delta Minerals

Christian Bönnelyche, independent board member in Delta Minerals AB, sells most of his shareholdings to comply to the regulations.

After the divestments, Christian Bönnelyche will have 56 318 B shares and 149 054 BTA´s in Delta Minerals. The BTA´ s will be converted into shares. This sale is a result of his initial investment that has increased so much in value that he has to reduce its holdings to meet the limits that the regulatory framework sets for independent directors.
