Delta Minerals’ issue registered

Delta Minerals AB has finalized the rights issue which the Board decided, authorized by the extraordinary general meeting on 14 October 2015.

The shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the trade in BTA will cease and issued BTA´s will be replaced by shares.

The last day of trading in the BTA 151116 and BTA 160105 is Wednesday February 3, 2016.

Stop day at Euroclear for both BTA´s is Friday February 5, 2016

The new B-shares are estimated to reach each investor´s account/custody (VP-konto/depå) on Tuesday February 9, 2016

In summary, these measures mean that the share capital of the company after issuance will amount to 2 925 274.688 SEK distributed on 127 185 856 shares, each with a quota value of 0.023 SEK.
