Is pursuing a rights-issue of15.9 MSEK to accelerate investments

Delta Minerals will pursue a rights issue of about 15.9 MSEK, of which approx. 12.5 MSEK is ensured through issue guarantors and undertakings. Increased investment rate in order to respond to customers ' needs is the reason of this issue.

The Board of Delta Minerals AB (publ) has on April 11, 2016 decided, in order to respond to increased customer demand, authorized through the extraordinary general meeting on 14 October 2015 to pursue a rights issue of up to 31 796 464 B-shares.On full utilization of the rights issue, the share capital will increase by SEK 731 318.67. The issue is guaranteed to about 12.5 MSEK by a consortium, as well as through subscription commitments from the major owners-Thomas Lundgren, CEO, and Håkan Gustafsson, Chairman of the Board.

- Right to subscribe for shares of series B to with preferential rights are the company's shareholders, of which four (4), regardless of the series, are entitled to subscribe one (1) new class B share.

-The subscription price is SEK 0.50 per B share.

- The record day for the right to participate in the new issue is on 20 April 2016.

- The last day of trading of the company's shares, including the right to receive subscription rights is on 18 April 2016.

- B-shares with subscription rights during the period from April 25 to May 11, 2016, through co-payment.

- Subscription for shares without subscription rights will take place at the same time.

- Trading in subscription rights will take place on AktieTorget during the period from April 25 to May 9, 2016.

- Trade in BTA: is taking place on AktieTorget in the period from 25 April 2016 and until that issue has been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
