The show, which is free to attend, offers visitors the opportunity to take a culinary tour of the region, browsing delicious food stalls representing the best of Northern Ireland produce, meeting producers, company owners and sampling local food and drink from all over Northern Ireland. The launch party will provide a snap shot of the full event which opens to the general public on Saturday 18th September and Sunday 19th September 2010.
