Desert Control AS: Purchase of 30 000 shares by board member

Sandnes, Norway, 17 June 2021: A member of the board of directors in Desert
Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") have on 17 June 2021 purchased
shares in the company.

On 17 June 2021, Marit Røed Ødegaard, a member of the board of directors of the
Company, has purchased 30,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK
15.18. Following the transaction Marit Røed Ødegaard holds a total of 30,000
shares in the Company.
