Destia: Business transaction with Mitta Oy has been completed

Destia Group Plc published on November 23, 2015 the signing of a contract concerning business transaction according to which Destia sells its survey, drilling and laboratory services to Mitta, a Finnish company located in Oulu specialized in land survey, measurement and laser beaming services.

The requirements of closing the business transfer agreement have been fulfilled in planned time schedule and the acquisition has been completed on December 31, 2015.
