Tero Telaranta appointed as a new member of the board of directors of Destia

Destia Group Plc’s shareholder has passed unanimous resolution and elected Tero Telaranta as a new member to the Board of Directors of Destia since 30 September 2015. Telaranta works as director corresponding of industrial investments in Ahlström Capital Oy.

The Board of Directors of Destia has appointed Telaranta as a member of the HR Committee.

Destia’s Board of Directors consists of the following members: Marcus Ahlström, Jacob af Forselles, Matti Mantere, Panu Routila, Arto Räty (chairman), Tero Telaranta and Solveig Törnroos-Huhtamäki. All members of the Board are independent of the company, and excluding Jacob af Forselles, Panu Routila and Tero Telaranta also independent of the owner.
