Morales a “Rising Star” in employee benefits arena.

Morales to fill the new role of national vice president of sales. Morales is highly regarded within the employee benefits industry for his solutions-driven approach to meeting employer needs. At Healthstat, he is responsible for leading the national sales team to identifying and securing new accounts and developing dynamic solutions to help ensure maximum results.
Morales comes to Healthstat from Willis, one of the world’s largest employee benefits consulting firms, where he was one of the company’s Top 3 producers for the past three years. He frequently speaks at industry conferences about on-site health clinics, self-funded insurance, wellness and other cost mitigation strategies. In 2007-08, the Tampa Bay Times named him a “Rising Star”; a young professional destined to be among the next generation’s civic, business and cultural leaders.

Morales is a graduate of The Florida State University’s Risk Management and Insurance program and currently holds a 215 (life, health, and variable annuity) license. He is working toward his Series 7 and CEBS designation.
