DevCode Group Divests Major Stake in Ledyer – Founders Take Over Large Equity Share Following Successful Support from DevCode Group
DevCode Group divests a large part of its ownership in Ledyer, a payment solution specialized for B2B commerce.
After being successfully launched and thoroughly tested, Ledyer is now entering a new phase where Linus Sandberg, Tobias Ericson, Peter Larsson, and Tim Jackleus will take over a larger share of the company's ownership. This follows the support they received from the Venture Studio DevCode Group ("DevCode") during the startup phase.
Pedro Hansson, CEO of DevCode Group: "Ledyer has been successfully launched within the framework of DevCode's Venture Studio operations and is now available through leading e-commerce platforms, and we therefore consider the startup phase to be completed. We wish the founders all the best in their exciting journey to develop the market's most innovative payment solutions, improving the purchasing experience for business customers."
"We are grateful for the opportunity DevCode has given us to realize our vision for the future of B2B payments. They believed in us and our idea from day one, and without their support, we would not have been able to build and launch the solution we have today," says Linus Sandberg, CEO/Founder of Ledyer.
Linus continues:
"We look forward to the next chapter for Ledyer, where we will take over the company's ownership and continue our work to improve the payment experience for both merchants and end customers in B2B and B2G."
