Isle of Man, UK. - Dian Skelton, founder of MostlyManx, has announced that she is set to feature in DEFA’s Make it Manx: Guide to Isle of Man food and drink once again. Organisations who are involved in the Isle of Man’s growing food and drink industry have been invited to appear free of charge in the 2015 edition of the popular guide that is due for release in May.

Organisations like MostlyManx have been invited to submit an entry online via www.gov.im/foodanddrink by the deadline of the 16th March.

Minister for Environment, Food and Agriculture, Richard Ronan MHK, offered his comments on the guide saying it would provide a comprehensive round-up of everyone producing and promoting Isle of Man food and drink.

Mr Ronan said: “Our food and drink industry is expanding, with many new and innovative enterprises coming along to join well-established and successful businesses. We are hoping they will all submit entries for this guide, which will be out in May.

As well as proving invaluable for local people and visitors to the Island, the guide will also be an excellent marketing tool for businesses to make people more aware of who they are and what they offer.”
