DIBS, the leading Nordic provider of payment solutions for Internet, today announces that it has entered into a strategic agreement with TDC, including all the Group’s subsidiaries.

Since many years, DIBS has cooperated with TDC to enable its customers to buy goods and services over the Internet. The new frame agreement extends the cooperation to all TDC’s subsidiaries including Telmore. This gives DIBS a strategic relation to TDC with its large number of e-commerce transactions involving mail order, telephone and Internet sales.

-TDC is Denmark's leading provider of communications solutions. The company’s goal is to become Europe's strongest telecom company in 2012, says Eric Wallin CEO of DIBS.

- Following many years of cooperation, the new framework agreement with TDC confirms our position as a strategic supplier of solutions for e-commerce. The agreement includes all companies in the TDC Group, creating interesting possibilities for DIBS. In addition, TDC is an important player in the mobile space, which gives us high expectations for the cooperation, says Eric Wallin CEO of DIBS.
