Nelly.com launches in the UK with payment solution from DIBS

DIBS, the leading provider of payment solutions for e-commerce in the Nordic region, today announced that Nelly.com launches in the UK with a payment solution from DIBS. Already today, Nelly.com uses DIBS´ payment solution in the Nordics and in a number of other European countries.

In the DIBS E-Commerce Survey 2011, the total UK e-commerce market was estimated to amount to approximately 556 billion SEK in 2011, which is more than twice as much as the total e-commerce market in the Nordics. Fashion accounts for about 7% of the UK e-commerce market, compared with 9% for the Swedish. On average, a British consumer makes e-commerce purchases for 7398 SEK per half year, compared to 6306 SEK for an average Swedish consumer.

Nelly.com was founded in 2004 and is the largest online store for fashion and beauty conscious men and women aged 18 to 40 years in the Nordic region. Nelly.com offers shoes, clothes, dresses, evening dresses, underwear, swim wear, sports fashion, clothes for moms and kids and much more from over 800 different brands.
