Advance information on SysOpen Digia's Performance during the Second Quarter

SysOpen Digia's turnover for the second quarter came to around EUR 18.9 million,
the company having forecast a turnover of around EUR 17 to 18 million.

SysOpen Digia's operational profitability for the second quarter before
restructuring costs (EBIT-%) was around 8 per cent, but due to one-off costs of
around EUR 1.9 million sustained during the period, associated with the
reorganisation of former Yomi Software Ltd, operating profit will be negative.

SysOpen Digia will publish its interim report in full on Wednesday 17th August
2005.
