ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

 

We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:

Ingman Group Oy Ab (Business ID: 0702478-5) has on 16 August, 2011 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under its control exceeds fifteen per cent of Digia Plc's shares and votes . Altogether Ingman Group Oy Ab controls 3,162,300 shares of Digia, corresponding to 15.15 % of Digia's all shares and votes.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
