ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the
company's ownership:

Osuuspankkikeskus Osk ("OPK") has on 11 October, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that
ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by OPK has
temporarily increased over 1/20 and then with share trades completed on October
10, 2006 decreased again under 1/20.

Altogether OPK and the entities OPK controls to own had on October 5, 2006
1,293,200 shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 6.40 % of SysOpen Digia's
shares and votes. Altogether OPK and the entities OPK controls to own have
902,500 shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 4.47 % of SysOpen Digia's
shares and votes.

The share capital of SysOpen Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,020,876.90 and
20,208,769 shares.
