ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the
company's ownership:

Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P has on September 28, 2006 informed SysOpen
Digia that ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by
Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P has decreased under 1/20. Altogether
Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P has control to own 475,400 shares of
SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 2.353 % of SysOpen Digia's shares and votes.

The share capital of SysOpen Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,020,456.60 and
20,204,566 shares.
