ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the
company's ownership:

Estate of Jorma Kylätie has on June 5, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that ownership
share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Estate of Joman Kylätie
has decreased under 1/20. Altogether Estate of Jorma Kylätie has control to own
955,274 shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 4,73 % of SysOpen Digia's
shares and votes.

Pekka Päiviö Sivonen has on June 5, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that ownership
share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Pekka Sivonen has
decreased under 3/20. Altogether Pekka Sivonen has control to own 2.927.563
shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 14,49 % of SysOpen Digia's shares and
votes.

The share capital of SysOpen Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,020,175.10 and
20,201,751 shares.
