Announcement under the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10

We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in
accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a
change in the company's ownership:

Due to stock trading on 23 March 2005, TeliaSonera Finland's ownership share of
SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital has fallen under one-twentieth
(1/20).

TeliaSonera Finland's ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share
capital amounts to 784,710 which corresponds to a share of 4,3%.

The share capital of SysOpen Digia Plc comprises in total 1.808.021,40 shares
that each has one vote.
