ANNOUNCEMENTS UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of changes in the
company's ownership:

Pekka Päiviö Sivonen has on September 21, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that
ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Pekka Sivonen
will increase over 20% as a result of the forward contract signed today. After
the forward contract becomes due Pekka Sivonen will have control to own 4,047,563
shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 20.03 % of SysOpen Digia's shares and
votes.

Evli Bank Plc has on September 21, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that ownership
share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Evli Bank has increased
over 5% with share trades today. Evli Bank has control to own 1,566,272 shares of
SysOpen Digia. Evli Bank has on September 21, 2006 informed SysOpen Digia that
ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Evli Bank will
decrease below 5% as a result of forward contracts signed today, by which Evli
Bank sells 1,344,000 shares of SysOpen Digia.

The share capital of SysOpen Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,020,456.60 and
20,204,566 shares.
