APPOINTMENTS IN SYSOPEN DIGIA'S MANAGEMENT GROUP

SysOpen Digia Plc's Board of Directors has appointed Seppo Laaksonen (42),
Executive Vice President, Smartphone Business Division, as the Company's deputy
CEO.

On 23 November 2005, Ari Kemppainen (39), Director of the Finance and Services
business unit, will take up his duties as Senior Vice President, Integration
Business Division, and member of the Management Group. He has been employed by
the company since 2001.

Other members of the Management Group include Tommi Laitinen (37), Senior Vice
President, Strategic Resources; Kjell Lindqvist (48), Chief Financial Officer;
and Tomi Merenheimo (32), Vice President, Legal and Communications.

Pekka Kähkipuro, Senior Vice President, Consulting and Business Development, will
depart the company on 15 December 2005.
