Approval of Share Subscriptions

SysOpen Digia Plc Stock Exchange Release, 16 March 2005, 3:10 p.m.


At its meeting on 16 March 2005, SysOpen Digia Plc's Board of Directors approved
subscriptions for shares carried out by certain holders of Digia Inc.'s A Series
shares, related to SysOpen Plc's and Digia Inc.'s merger, the number of new
SysOpen Digia Plc shares subscribed totalling 2,736.

As a result of all holders of Digia Inc. A Series shares approving SysOpen's
share swap offer, SysOpen Digia Group's holding in Digia Inc. will increase to
100 per cent.

Consequently, the total number of shares issued by SysOpen Digia Plc will rise to
18,082,950 and the share capital to EUR 1,808,295.00 on or about 24 March 2005.
