CHANGES IN SYSOPEN DIGIA'S MANAGEMENT

Arto Sahla, SysOpen Digia Plc's Executive Vice President and Deputy of CEO, will
leave the company in accordance with an agreement between the company and Mr
Sahla. As Head of the Integration Division, Mr Sahla will be replaced by Jari
Mielonen, SysOpen Digia's CEO.

Arto Sahla has made an invaluable contribution to combining the operations of
SysOpen Plc, Digia Inc. and Yomi Software Ltd, helping to create a new and even
stronger company, SysOpen Digia Plc. Now that this integration work has been
completed, parties have decided that Sahla leaves the company. SysOpen Digia
wishes to thank Mr Sahla for his outstanding contribution in the management and
development of SysOpen Plc as well as for his invaluable help during SysOpen
Digia's infancy.
