Digia is the first company in Finland to attain Implementation and Support
certified status for Microsoft's Field Services for Microsoft Dynamics AX
industry solution. First implementation projects are already in progress.
Microsoft Dynamics AX is a line of financial, customer relationship and supply
chain management solutions for mid-sized and larger organizations.
Field Services for Dynamics AX is Microsoft's industry solution that enables
companies to automate and streamline their field service operations. Its suite
of call center, operations, service contract and field staff management
capabilities enable companies to maximise service profitability and customer
satisfaction.
