INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL OF SYSOPEN DIGIA

1,798,252 new shares of SysOpen Digia Plc subscribed for pursuant to a resolution
of the Board of Directors of SysOpen Digia regarding the increase of the share
capital made on 31 May 2006 have been registered with the Trade Register on 5
June 2006. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights from the date of the
registration.

As a result of the issuance of the shares, the share capital of SysOpen Digia was
increased with EUR 179,825.20 to EUR 2,020,175.10 and the total number of shares
with 1,798,252 shares to 20,201,751 shares.

SysOpen Digia has applied for the listing of the shares on the Helsinki Stock
Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in the new shares
commenced today, 5 June 2006.
