JOINT DISCUSSIONS ON RESTRUCTURING OF YOMI SOFTWARE LTD'S BUSINESS OPERATIONS
COMPLETE

Joint discussions including administrative staff and two units from Yomi Software
Ltd which joined SysOpen Digia Plc through the acquisition of the company were
wound up on 17th June 2005, with SysOpen Digia deciding on no temporary layoffs
or redundancies. During the negotiations, agreement was reached with 30 persons
to leave the company.

SysOpen Digia estimates that it will achieve around EUR 1.6 million in annual
cost savings through other cost cutting measures and concluded agreements, which
will take full effect from the beginning of 2006.

None of these measures will affect the firm's customer service.

As part of the restructuring of Yomi Software Ltd, SysOpen Digia will enter EUR
1.8 million in one-off expenses for the second quarter of 2005, and forecasts
that Yomi's business will turn profitable as a result of these measures during
2005.

On 2nd June 2005, Yomi Software Ltd became SysOpen Digia Integration Ltd, into
which SysOpen Digia's entire integration services were merged.
